Christmas menu is available from Thursday 1st December to Saturday 24th December 2011

We can cater for parties up to a maximum of 40. All dietary requirements catered for by prior arrangement just let us know - all parties to be pre-booked

 

Leek and potato soup with toasted chestnuts
Crab prawn and avocado cocktail
Baked goats cheese on garlic crouton with sun dried tomato & caramelised red peppers
Chicken livers sauted with lardons mushrooms in cider and wholegrain mustard sauce
Stilton rarebit with port and cranbery sauce

Bronze roast turkey with all the trimmings
(roast potatoes glazed carrots honey roast parsnips brussel sprouts chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon sage and onion stuffing bread sauce and gravy)
Pan roasted salmon fillet with caper and herb mash green beans and hollandaise sauce
Slow roasted lamb shank with red wine and honey jus and minted charlotte potatoes
Somerset brie & mushroom wellington with roast chestnuts on fresh creamed spinach
Homemade steak and kidney pudding with creamed potatoes and roast root vegetables

Cappuccino brulee
Apple and walnut tart with butterscotch sauce and yorvale vanilla pod ice cream
Profiteroles filled with yorvale chocolate ice cream with hot white chocolate sauce
Christmas pudding with homemade brandy sauce
